What a sneaky wife I am!
the Surprised
the Surprisers
Surprised, Surprisers, and Sneaky Wife
the totally overloaded with chocolate torte

My sly and sneaky almost criminal ways came in handy as I hosted a birthday dinner for Troy. Several of his BJ friends were able to help with the plans, and we had a grand time surprising him.  (He might have removed the Curious George band aid had he known we were having company.  :-)
Troy, my wish is that this night will always be a special memory!

Your cake looks scrumptious! Looks like it was a big hit as well! And I was wondering the same thing as Carrie....was the "brown" planned? (I just realized I'm still in my brown outfit from church....we ALL wore brown...now can you imagine that out of ME???

I love it! Gene is too suspicious for me to manage a surprise like that!

I think a torte recipe is in order for your next blog post...

Happy Birthday to the King of the Castle. The cake looked yummy and I wondered about the brown too. (What can brown do for you? Sorry...just popped into my head.)

As for the brown, I planned to have the boys wear the same shirts, but everyone else just fell in line. :-)
I'll post the recipe. . .when I find it again. (I have several recipe files.)
